Fenals beach

Fenals beach is one of those parts of the Mediterranean coast that sometimes make the observer believe that he is in the Caribbean itself; but no, it is in Girona and has nothing to envy of those distant coasts. If the plan appeals to you and you are interested in knowing a little more about this place, we warn you in advance: it seems very complicated to visit it and not long to step on its sand. But since we want you to visit us, we are going to tell you a little more to spruce up your lips and make you decide to spend your holidays in one of our apartments.

When we talk about Fenals beach we are referring to a bay located in the Girona municipality of Lloret de Mar; inhabited by just under 40,000 inhabitants, although each summer this figure increases considerably, making it seem ridiculous. The 700 metres long and 45 metres wide approximately; form a shore with a 10% slope, covered by thick golden sand and surrounded by a rock mass that protects it from the wind and separates it from the town centre.

Like the vast majority of the beaches in Lloret de Mar, it has clear, crystalline waters; something that is not easy to achieve in such highly frequented and visited areas; however, characteristics such as this and many others are what have made Fenals Beach have the precious distinction of the Blue Flag today; a meritorious achievement that symbolises the quality of the coasts that hold it in many aspects.

As if all this were not enough, in addition to rest and relaxation, Fenals Beach is also a perfect destination for sports and action lovers. Its leisure offer offers visitors numerous options, such as nautical flying, kayaking, water skiing or skating, in a sports area where all kinds of activities are offered with instructors dedicated to these purposes.
